Haryana Police Constable (Band) Recruitment 2022-23 Physical Test
Physica-l Measurement Test :
- Hight :
- 170 cm for General Cat.
- 168 cm for Reserve Cat.
- Chest:
- 83-87 cm (4 cm expansion) for Gen Cat.
- 81-85 (4 cm expansion) for Reserve Cat.
Physical Screening Test (PST):

Band Skill Test (BST):
There shall be a Band Skill Test (BST) of 60 marks, the candidates shall be tested in proficiency in playing the instruments and interviewed to judge their suitability for the job in band staff. The candidates must have knowledge of playing a particular instrument, music reading or must have flair for music.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT):-
- The candidates who have qualified the Physical Screening Test shall have to undergo Physical Measurement Test as per standards prescribed in Appendix-B of Haryana Police (Non-Gazetted and Other Ranks) Service Rules, 2017
- To make the entire process of the Physical Measurement Test tamper proof, fair and impartial, standard digital measurement devices shall be used to the extent possible, in a manner that the candidates are able to read their measurements on a digital display monitor.
- The result of Physical Measurement Test shall be prepared by the Board. The board shall publish the same on its official website of Haryana Police.
- The candidates who fail to meet the Standards prescribed for Physical Measurement Test shall stand eliminated from further selection process.
- Only the candidates who qualify the standards prescribed for Physical Measurement Test shall take part in the further process of selection.

- Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications i.e. Matriculation Certificate for showing Date of Birth, 10+2 Certificate and other relevant details.
